Yahoo Domain emails get deferred

This incident has been resolved.

Our thirdparty provider is reporting: the issue impacting the delivery of emails to Yahoo addresses has now been resolved.
However, we continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure stability.

Update:
The issue is not limited solely to Scalepoint domains. It is as a widespread issue for a subset of companies in Denmark.
Scalepoint is in touch with third party suppliers and will keep this page updated when possible.

A short term workaround:
All users with a xxxx@yahoo.com .de and .dk ect, should consider using another emaildomain in Scalepoint applications for the time being.
This includes policy holders, claimaints as well as network servicepartners internal and external.

All emails seems to get deferred at Yahoo service. Scalepoint has identified an issue, when attempting to send emails to users with @yahoo domain.

Scalepoints infrastructure and all applications are functioning as expected. We have reached out to relevant third party (Yahoo) and made an inquiry into this issue.

For now:
All users with a xxxx@yahoo.com, @yahoo.dk ect, should consider using another domain in relation to Scalepoint applications for the time being. This includes policy holders, claimaints as well as network servicepartners internal and external.
