April 2026: [EU1] Delayed Data Ingestion
SentinelOne experienced a 4.1-hour data ingestion delay affecting customers in the Germany (EU1) region, causing delays in security event data, asset inventories, and alerts appearing in customer consoles. The engineering team restored services and processed the temporary data backlog, which caused an expected surge in delayed alerts as systems caught up. All services were fully validated and restored to normal operation.
