We've identified a faulty storage cluster following the operation performed this afternoon.
Impacted users will face a G-468 error when trying to access their Shadow PC, meaning they are under maintenance mode.
We're still working with our infrastructure provider to resolve this issue as soon as possible and apologize for the inconvenience.
