Incident Report

If you have upgraded to Chrome version 103, you are likely experiencing 1 way audio using Sharpen Q phone. In this scenario, the caller can hear the agent, but the agent cannot hear the caller. As a workaround, users can use another chromium-based browser which hasn't updated to 103 yet. Edge Chromium, Brave, Vivaldi, and Opera will work around the issue until it is solved.
