A possible issue affecting Microsoft, General services has been detected. Symptoms include: gears are under processing in Cumulus and license counts do not match when purchasing/amending/upgrading M365 products. Microsoft is experiencing "Manage Orders" issues at this moment with the warning in their status page: "Issue is mitigated for new orders. Orders placed earlier are being processed and eta for completion before 6:00 PM UTC | Issue - New-commerce seat-based orders are getting stuck in pending state and not getting fulfilled, this affects both new Orders and Seat Upgrades, Transitions and Upgrades.".
