Intermittent Carrier issue with some calls to the Maritimes 902 area code

We have received reports that calling certain numbers in the Maritimes (902 area code specifically, so far) is somehow occasionally routing towards an echo test of sorts. We have been able to reproduce this issue using Telus, however not with Rogers/Fido.  This points to an issue with an underlying carrier. We have escalated this case as an emergency to our own underlying carrier, who will in turn escalate down the chain until it reaches the carrier with bad routing (maybe Telus).  We will update this status page if we get any new information. Best regards, Sherweb's VoIP Team.
