Cumulus MFA SMS Delivery Issues

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) SMS delivery in Cumulus. The issue has been traced to our external SMS service provider, who is actively working to restore full service.
During this time, some users may experience delays or failures in receiving MFA codes via SMS. Alternative MFA methods (such as authenticator apps or email, if configured) remain functional.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
