Affected Platforms: Cumulus Platforms – SSP, Office Protect, Vendors Section, Consumption Tab, Azure RI Self-Serve Page Root Cause (Suspected): Cloudflare infrastructure incident Incident Summary: We are currently experiencing a complete outage across several Cumulus services. These disruptions appear to be linked to an ongoing incident affecting Cloudflare, our upstream network provider. While the connection is not yet confirmed, preliminary diagnostics suggest Cloudflare’s infrastructure is impacting our ability to serve these components. Our engineering team is actively investigating and coordinating with Cloudflare to validate the root cause and identify recovery options.
