We’ve confirmed that this issue stems from a Microsoft billing data integration failure, where May usage data was not delivered by Microsoft as expected.

ur team is in the process of generating complementary invoices for impacted customers. These invoices are expected to be available to affected customers by the end of the day through Cumulus.
Please note that this process may take several hours to complete. An update will be posted once the invoices are available.
An email was sent to impacted customers on June 29 regarding invoices generated after June 24 that reflected higher-than-expected charges, along with additional details on the situation.
