Update as of 12/20/2024: Many postal carriers (USPS, Australia Post, Royal Mail, etc.) have not yet resumed mail or package delivery to Canada for any mail class following the recent Canadian Union of Postal Workers strike. We’ll keep you informed as we receive updates. In the meantime, we offer a variety of carrier options with service to Canada. Sendle: Effective Friday, December 6, 2024, Sendle will require customers to enter package dimensions when creating a Sendle label in ShipStation. Sendle continues to accept packages with a destination of Canada at this time. GlobalPost: Effective, December 6, 2024, GlobalPost is temporarily unable to deliver to certain postal codes in Canada due to the CUPW strike, as GlobalPost's network relies on Canada Post for delivery to these destinations. Please reach out to our support teams for the list of impacted postal codes. GlobalPost continues to deliver shipments to Canada, excluding these specific destinations. Canadian Carrier Update

Canada Post: Effective December 17, 2024, Canada Post resumed operations and will be accepting new mail and parcels on December 19, 2024. Starting December 19th, you can create and print Canada Post labels using your ShipStation account. We’re closely monitoring and will share updates as available. UPS: Effective Thursday, December 19, 2024, UPS Next or Future On-Call-Pickup requests for Domestic Standard shipments in Canada are now available. UPS Same Day On-Call-Pickup requests for Domestic Standard shipments in Canada remain suspended until further notice. Purolator: Effective, Wednesday, December 4, Purolator will temporarily not accept mail or packages for delivery to certain ZIP Codes in Canada due to the ongoing CUPW strike. Shipments in route may also be impacted. Please reach out to our support teams for the list of impacted ZIP Codes.
