UPS authentication failure

UPS services have been fully restored. All authentication and API connectivity issues have been resolved. Thank you for your patience during this service disruption.

We are observing UPS services beginning to recover as of 05:25 UTC. Authentication token renewals are starting to process successfully again.
Current Status: UPS integration functionality is gradually being restored. Most customers should be able to retrieve rates and purchase labels normally.
Next Steps: We continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure full service restoration. We will provide a final update once all services are confirmed stable.

We are experiencing connectivity issues with UPS services resulting in issues with Rating, Transactions, Tracking, and new account Registration due to an unplanned UPS maintenance window. Services will automatically resume when UPS completes their maintenance

We are seeing degraded UPS service. UPS is having issues re-issuing refresh tokens. Any customers who now have expired tokens would be down.
