Calculated FedEx shipping rates unavailable at checkout, FedEx label purchases also impacted

Between 16:10 – 00:22, we experienced errors on FedEx's calculated shipping rates at checkout. We worked with FedEx to ensure a fix, which was implemented at 00:12. The monitoring period for this issue has ended and no further impact has been observed.

Some checkouts may not be displaying calculated FedEx rates as expected, due to an outage between FedEx and Microsoft Azure. Backup shipping rate configurations will be used instead. FedEx label purchases are also unavailable.
