Service Disruption Notification - Signaling Network Incident (GNOC-3388)

We have been closely monitoring since the corrective action was taken, and have observed no additional impacts. We are considering this issue resolved at this time.

Corrective action has been taken to resolve this issue. We are currently monitoring to ensure stability. We will consider this resolved if no further impacts are observed after one hour.

Engineers continue to take corrective actions to resolve the issue. Some improvement has been observed. However, ETR remains unavailable.

Sierra Wireless engineers have identified the root cause and are currently seeing improvement. We do not have an ETR at this time but we will provide additional information as it becomes available.

Semtech Sierra engineers continue to work for resolution with our Partner. Some improvement has been noted, however ETR is still not yet available. We will provide an update as soon as we have additional information.

We are seeing a congestion on the Cellular network and we are working with our Partner to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. We will keep you updated
