Sinch's DI SMS 365 service experienced delays in delivery of mobile terminating (MT) messages, mobile originated (MO) messages, and delivery receipt (DR) notifications starting at 09:54 GMT on May 2nd, 2026. The incident affected International SMS 365 components while Report Manager access and statistics remained unimpacted. The issue was resolved after approximately 2.1 hours, with service restoration completed by 12:44 GMT the same day.
