The Siteimprove platform experienced login failures for some customers attempting to access the service through siteimprove.com and my2.siteimprove.com, with users receiving "Authentication failed: SubscriptionAccess could not be built" error messages. Users who were already logged in remained unaffected unless they logged out or their sessions expired. The issue was resolved after 52 minutes with a fix implemented by the development team.
The issue that prevented certain Siteimprove customers from logging in has been resolved.
