Data Receipt Delays - Morrisons SKUtrak service impacted

We're aware that the most recent Morrisons data is not currently updating as expected in SKUtrak. Morrisons had initially advised of an issue generating their data earlier this week, and this delay is possibly linked to that. We're actively investigating and working to restore the latest data as quickly as possible, and we'll provide a further update as soon as we have more information.

Morrisons have confirmed that the delay is due to a processing backlog on their side, and recovery is now in progress. Some Morrisons data has refreshed, while other areas — including stock, availability, sales forecast, depot stock and inbound/outbound reporting — are still catching up. As a result, the most recent Morrisons data and any metrics calculated from it may be delayed or incomplete until processing is complete.

Morrisons expects the data to be fully recovered by approximately 14:00.

Morrisons has advised that they expect a delay in generating their data, as they experienced over the weekend and are currently looking to resolve the issue. We will receive a notification once the data has been produced and will update once processing has started.
