Data Receipt Delays - Sainsbury's SKUtrak service impacted

Sainsbury's data has now caught up in SKUtrak and is up to date, with the most recent days (27–29 September) processing through normally.

One day — Saturday 26 September — was delivered only partially by the data provider and is showing incomplete. We're raising this with them to have that day recollected and corrected, and will backfill it once received. All other Sainsbury's data is unaffected.

We'll post a further update once 26 September has been corrected.

We have identified that Sainsbury's has delivered partial data for Saturday, 26th. We are monitoring today's collection, and if the problem persists, we will contact them to resolve it and receive a notification once the data has been produced. We'll let you know once processing has started.
