At 12:37 PM Mountain time on Dec 13th, 2021: we experienced an issue with a backend component that caused bots to not load or respond slowly. We deployed two remediations to fully resolve the issue. The first remediation at 1:47 PM restored most bot implementations, but with some abnormal latency in bot responses. The second remediation was deployed at 4:08 PM and all bots are now performing as expected.
