Incident Report

At 1:05 eastern time, Amazon Web Services (AWS) reported that a single data center on the eastern US coast lost power. Because of this, the Webex Events Platform is experiencing slow load and response times, and in some instances isn't loading at all. There have also been reports of Simulive not working. According to AWS, the data center is back online and working. However, we're in contact with AWS and monitoring the situation as they work to restore their full services.
