Dotdigital are currently experiencing delays sending emails, which started around 07:50 BST. This is only impacting UK and Ireland clients. From what we have seen, this is causing scheduled and integrated emails to fail to send. Dotdigital have a status page here where you can follow updates: https://status.dotdigital.com/ and we will also update on here as we receive updates from dotdigital.

Dotdigital have monitored the situation for some time and are confident the issue is fully resolved. We've also seen emails send successfully at 10am BST.

Dotdigital applied a fix a few minutes ago, and are already seeing sustained improvements.

We'll continue to monitor the situation to ensure these improvements are maintained.
