This issue has been resolved and each of these tools should now be accessible again.

We have determined what is causing the issue with these tools not working and are moving forward with rectifying this. Unfortunately, to properly address this may take more than a few hours. We'll be updating the Tools page to denote these are inaccessible until this is resolved.
