This is to inform you that as part of our ongoing investigation into the transient failures with X APIs, we have now identified that direct messages on the X channel are also not visible to customers Natively. We are not seeing any failure messages in Sprinklr. This may additionally affect social insights reporting.

Our team is actively working with Channel team to resolve the issue and will provide further updates as soon as possible.
