Survey Issues

The issue observed in the production environment, where survey responses were not being captured in Sprinklr despite customers completing them, has now been resolved.

Upon investigation, it was identified that the responses were being recorded but were updated in the system with a delay. This delay has now been addressed in coordination with the Engineering team.

Survey responses are now being captured and reflected correctly in the backend and associated cases. We will continue to monitor the system to ensure stability.
