We’d like to share an update regarding the TikTok Message Insights API issue affecting social insights reporting.

We’ve implemented a workaround fix on our end and currently the issue is fixed. We see no other impact within reporting. However, please note that this is a workaround fix & the issue is still in discussion with TikTok, and we’re still awaiting a response from their team.
