This incident has been resolved.

We wanted to share an update with you about the recently faced technical issue related to publishing failure while tagging a company post which impacted your experience with LinkedIn usage on Sprinklr.
In an update from LinkedIn yesterday, we were informed about the team concluding late last week that this was a global issue and that it has now been fixed.
Sprinklr's internal team also verified the same to conclude that there have been no failures since Friday and we can confirm that the issue has been fully resolved now.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

LinkedIn posts from Distributed Accounts are experiencing increased failure rate with the Internal Server API error, when the user is trying to tag another profile. The posts are publishing successfully without tagging other Company pages or profiles. This has been raised with the LinkedIn Channel Support Team and they are actively investigating this issue.

Workaround: Try removing the profile/company page tags to publish successfully.
