We wanted to inform you that a brief voice issue was observed on the Sprinklr CPaaS Prod3 environment, which may have impacted Agents for a few minutes.
The issue appears to have been transient and is now resolved. We are currently working with our Cloud Provider to investigate further and identify the root cause.
We’ll continue to monitor the system closely and will keep you updated if any additional findings emerge.
