What to Expect
A DNS switch will be performed for api2.sprinklr.com, which will begin routing traffic to the upgraded API infrastructure.
Both api2.sprinklr.com and api3.sprinklr.com will continue to function and serve requests as usual after the migration.
An automatic redirection mechanism will be in place to ensure a seamless transition with no action required from your end.
