We’d like to inform you that the issue impacting Instagram ads publishing has been successfully resolved for prod and prod2.
This disruption was related to recent updates introduced by Meta to the Instagram API. Our team acted promptly to address the impact and ensure continued stability and performance.
Below are some key details:
Ads Creation & Updation:
Users can now select Instagram accounts that are properly linked to their Facebook Pages within Sprinklr.
All existing ads have been automatically updated to reflect the correct linked Instagram accounts—no manual intervention is needed.
Advantage+ Creative Limitation:
The latest API version no longer supports standard enhancements for Advantage+ Creative.
These have been replaced by a requirement to opt in to individual creative enhancements via the API.
As a result, creating or updating ads using Advantage+ Creative is currently unavailable. We are actively working on enabling this functionality in our upcoming 20.7 release (July).

Please find more details regarding ongoing issue with Meta’s APIs that is currently affecting Instagram-related ad publishing functionalities.
Impact Summary:
Due to failures in Meta’s publishing APIs, you may observe the following behaviors when working with Instagram placements:
Ad Creation & Editing: Creating or editing of new ads using Instagram pages is currently impacted. This is preventing successful publishing of ads on Instagram. Publishing of ads on just Facebook placement is still possible.
Existing Ads Visibility: Linked Instagram accounts are not visible in Ads Manager for existing ads. This doesn't impact delivery
Page Reselection Errors: Attempting to reselect the Instagram page for existing ads results in an error.
The page reporting dimension will not display any data for Instagram accounts.
Reporting remains unaffected: Core performance metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions continue to report accurately.
Expected Timeline
We have proactively raised and escalated this incident with Meta, and their engineering teams are currently investigating. While a confirmed ETA has not been provided, we expect a tentative resolution timeline of next 24-48 hours.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you informed with timely updates as soon as we receive more information from Meta.
