Threads Account Addition Rate Limit Concerns

Hi Team, We are currently experiencing an issue affecting Threads platform services across prod and prod2 Sprinklr environments. This disruption affects account addition due to a rate limit error. Meaning, if you have an inactive account on Sprinklr, or if you need to re-add your active account to Sprinklr as well, it may fail for now. Consequently, especially if your Threads account is inactive, you may be unable to complete any of your publishing, engagement or reporting workflows. This disruption started on Jul 15th, 2025, at 07:06 UTC. We are actively working with Meta and hoping to get this resolved soon.
