We’re pleased to inform you that the issue has been resolved on the prod2 environment - therefore, account addition should work normally, and consequently, all your workflows with the account should work as expected.

However, the rate limit issue impacting account addition still persists on the prod environment. This means users may continue to face difficulties adding inactive accounts or re-adding active accounts on prod, potentially affecting publishing, engagement, and reporting workflows.

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting Threads platform services across prod and prod2 Sprinklr environments. This disruption affects account addition due to a rate limit error. Meaning, if you have an inactive account on Sprinklr, or if you need to re-add your active account to Sprinklr as well, it may fail for now. Consequently, especially if your Threads account is inactive, you may be unable to complete any of your publishing, engagement or reporting workflows.
