We have continued monitoring the rate limits with the reduced grabber frequency; however, we are still observing abnormal API patterns related to the retrieval of replies and comments. The workaround previously provided by the channel does not appear to have resolved the issue.

We are actively investigating this further with the TikTok channel team as a priority and will keep you updated with any developments.

This is an interim update regarding the ongoing issue affecting TikTok platform services on the prod3 Sprinklr environment, which is currently impacting the ability to fetch TikTok comments and replies due to a rate limit error.

To address the issue, we have taken additional steps on our end by reducing the frequency of the grabber job for comments and replies from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. However, the rate limit errors are still being observed.We have escalated the matter to TikTok and are actively working with their team for a prompt resolution.

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting TikTok platform services on the prod3 Sprinklr environment. This disruption is impacting the ability to fetch TikTok comments and replies due to a rate limit error. This may result in delayed or in some cases failed grabbing of TikTok comments and replies.
The issue started on July 14th, 2025, at 12:30 UTC. We are actively working with the TikTok team to resolve it. We will share further updates as soon as progress is made.
