Hi Team,
As a follow-up to our previous communication regarding the "Authorization Failure" issue impacting Meta accounts, please note that we are now observing the same issue occurring with Ad Accounts as well. We recommend you to please re-add the accounts.
For your reference, multiple pages can be re-added in just a few clicks. Sprinklr allows adding multiple pages simultaneously using the steps outlined here:
https://www.sprinklr.com/help/articles/add-facebook-account-in-sprinklr/add-facebook-page-in-sprinklr/63e9edb7ef1b447d6c61b233
We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and will keep you informed of any further updates.
As shared earlier, we had identified an issue involving multiple META Account Deactivations with the error "Authorization Failure." Our team investigated this on utmost priority and confirmed that the issue originated from META’s side.
Kindly try re-adding the affected accounts, as so far, no deactivation issues have been observed post re-addition.
Additionally, we are observing incidents where the two-factor authentication (2FA) code is not being sent by Facebook when users attempt to add an account. For such cases, please ensure that the Social Account (SA) is completely cleared before re-adding. We are updating our META DST with these findings and will continue to work with them to address this.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will keep you posted on any further updates.
Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.
