Hi Team, We want to inform you that we are currently observing intermittent failures while publishing WhatsApp messages. The errors are related to permission/authentication with the WhatsApp API, which may result in some messages failing to publish. Our teams are actively investigating this with Meta for a permanent resolution. In the meantime, you may notice occasional failures, though some posts are going through successfully. We would like to inform you that the issue causing intermittent failures while publishing WhatsApp messages has now been resolved.

The failures were related to permission/authentication errors with the WhatsApp API. Normal functionality has been restored, and message publishing to WhatsApp is now working as expected.
