Performance Issues: Item Library

Our team has identified an issue with Square Item Libraries, that has resulted in items disappearing from some Square accounts. We've isolated the issue to prevent further accounts from being impacted and are currently working to restore Item Libraries already impacted by this issue. We're investigating reports from some sellers related to items not appearing in their Item Library. Our engineering team is looking into these reports and we'll provide further updates as more information becomes available.
