Klaviyo event delay

We monitored a brief delay of events passing from Stay to Klaviyo from Friday evening to Sunday morning for some stores. Events were passed over Sunday afternoon and no events were missed once sending resumed. How you would be impacted by this is that events that should have gone out Friday evening-Saturday were sent out Sunday afternoon. For example, a flow built off the Upcoming Order event from Friday went out early Friday morning but Saturday morning events went out Sunday afternoon. This was a result of a series of substantial infrastructure updates we rolled out to improve platform speed and processing time for the BFCM stretch. We didn’t see any other issues across the platform and we’re thrilled to have made dozens of upgrades before we go into a code freeze for this critical sale period.
