Prisma Access is currently experiencing an issue on mobile users gateway auto-scaling and new onboarding. We are actively working on this issue and will provide another update by 04:00 UTC with further details. Customer Impact Some mobile users may experience unstable connectivity to Prisma Access due to auto-scaling failures. This degradation may impact new onboarding. The data plane traffic across the existing instances is NOT affected. Workaround Users can try connecting to other regions.
