We've deployed a fix for this issue. Project creations is now working as expected, and we will re-run DNS jobs for any affected services.
We have re-enabled new project creation and project updates, and are monitoring for any further failures.

We're seeing issues with our upstream DNS provider in the creation and updates of DNS records. We've temporarily paused project creation and updates while the issue is resolved.
Existing projects are not affected.
