Investigating: SMS-Based MFA Authentication Issues

We have resolved an issue affecting customers using SMS-based Two-factor authentication (2FA) to access Thomson Reuters products. Impacted users did not receive authentication codes, which prevented successful login.
The issue is now mitigated and normal service has been restored.
If you've exceeded the limit of ten SMS code attempts within an hour, please contact our Support team for assistance.

We are investigating an issue affecting some customers who use SMS-based multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access Thomson Reuters products. Impacted users may experience delays or failures receiving authentication codes, which can prevent successful login.

Customer Impact: Some customers may be unable to complete MFA authentication and access affected products.
Workaround: Alternative authentication methods may be available for some users depending on their account configuration.
