Our users are currently unable to stream videos from SwitchBot Indoor Cam and SwitchBot Pan/Tilt Cam through Alexa or Google Home. Our tech crew are investigating into the problem and we will keep our users posted about any progress.

The connection problem has been successfully resolved! Customers who were affected are now able to live stream from SwitchBot Indoor Cam and SwitchBot Pan/Tilt Cam using Alexa or Google Home.

We have identified that only customers in North America were affected. Customers in other regions are not affected. Our tech crew is working on a fix at the moment.
