HOORAH! Our tech crew has completely resolved the server connection issues. All SwitchBot services and related third-party services are now back to normal.
Connection to the AWS server is back online. However, there are still some delays on the server. Our users may be expecting connection issues due to heavy traffic. Our engineers are still working hard to fix this problem. We recommend our users try restarting their devices at a later time. Thanks for being so patient!
We are pleased to announce that Device Setup is now fully operational. We are still actively monitoring the backend services and have observed that some of our users are still having problems when running Scenes in the SwitchBot app. We will update with our customers again as soon as we have everything resolved.
