Zoom transcripts default to Arabic for some users

Extension version 3.1.1372 was just released, and all users should update automatically within hours.

There is a small subset of users still experiencing the issue, and a new release has been sent for review.

We have submitted a new release to the Chrome Web Store and to the Microsoft Add-Ons. We will update this page when their reviews have been completed.

The root cause has been identified, and we're implementing a fix.

We are urgently investigating an issue where, for some users, Zoom transcripts start in Arabic. The workaround for the moment is to go to Zoom's live captions settings after Tactiq has started transcribing and to change the language there.
