IVR Service Interruption in KSA

Dear Valued Merchants and Customers, We are writing to inform you that we are currently experiencing an issue with our IVR system in Saudi Arabia (KSA). This interruption is unfortunately impacting some customers' ability to complete their orders, particularly those transactions that require down payments. We have identified that this issue is related to our external service provider. Our teams are working closely with them to restore full service as quickly as possible. We are also actively exploring and implementing alternate solutions to minimize any further disruption to your transactions.
