Incident Report

Dear Customers and Partners, On May 5th 2024 the certificate for *.tsentcloud.com will expire. The renewed Identity Certificate has a new Root Certificate Authority and Issuer. Please verify your client's certificate store or ca-bundle trust the new Root CA "DigiCert Global Root G2" by April 22nd 2024. No other action is required if this RootCA is trusted and using standard PKI path validation for TLS. Existing Cert: "DigiCert Global Root CA" --> "Thawte RSA CA 2018" --> "*.tsentcloud.com" New Cert: "DigiCert Global Root G2" --> "Thawte TLS RSA CA G1" --> "*.tsentcloud.com" If you have an implementation that requires certificate pinning a PEM file with the full chain is attached to this email. Certificate pinning is not a best practice, recommended nor explicitly supported by Telesign and can cause outages. https://developer.telesign.com/enterprise/docs/authentication#tls-and-certificates All Digicert Roots and Intermediate certificates can also be found and downloaded directly from their site: https://www.digicert.com/kb/digicert-root-certificates.htm#roots Thank you.
