The Tessian EU service experienced gateway connection issues where Proofpoint Inbound and Outbound gateways were rejecting connections from Google Workspace (Gsuite), causing email delays for affected customers over a 24.6-hour period. Customers using Google Workspace as their email environment reported increased connection problems and mail flow disruptions. The issue was resolved when Google applied mitigation to a parallel Gmail incident they were experiencing, with mail flow resuming after 20:00 UTC, and customers were advised they could re-enable their previously disabled routing rules.

Tessian EU's Core Email Protection (CEPAPI) Security Events view experienced an issue where threat event details processed between February 27th and March 2nd could not be viewed in full, displaying an "event details are currently unavailable" error message. The incident lasted 69.8 hours and affected users' ability to view complete security event information in the Security Events tab, though impacted events remained accessible through the Investigate & Respond tab. Engineering successfully restored the majority of Security Events through a backfill process, with final events being processed at the time of resolution.
