TestRail experienced a Jira integration authentication issue that prevented users from connecting to Jira and syncing data between the platforms, with some users encountering "500 server error" messages. The incident lasted 92.4 hours and affected the ability to authenticate with and use the Jira integration functionality. The issue was resolved by implementing a fix that required users to reauthenticate with Jira within TestRail to restore normal functionality.
