We've noticed an issue causing videos not to finish processing once uploaded to Thinkific, meaning new videos being uploaded may not be available for use in courses or on your site pages. This is only impacting some sites. Our team is aware and currently investigating.

Our team has deployed a fix for videos that were stuck in processing but it may take a few hours for all the videos to finish processing and appear in your video library.

Any new videos being uploaded as of now will process right away though so you should be able to upload new videos without issue.

Please reach out to our team if you notice that your videos are still not finished processing after an extended period of time at support@thinkific.com.
