MONITORING about 17 hours ago - at 06/12/2025 10:59PM

The third party provider has confirmed their services have been fixed.
We have pushed the missing data and metrics back into the platform and we have validated that the data is now complete.
Customers might experience a brief delay while the metrics catch up.

IDENTIFIED about 19 hours ago - at 06/12/2025 09:13PM

We are seeing a partial recovery of the third-party service provider. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely.
Missing data since around 18:20 UTC will be ingested back into the platform once we confirm a full resolution.

IDENTIFIED about 21 hours ago - at 06/12/2025 07:29PM

This issue was caused by an outage with a third-party service provider.
Partial service was restored at approximately 18:50 UTC, but a full resolution has not yet been confirmed by the provider.

Impact:
During the disruption period, customers were unable to access data views, including Analytics, Dashboards, and Constant Care.
Measurement data collected after 18:20 UTC is currently not available to customers due to processing delays. No data has been lost, and the ThousandEyes engineering team is actively working to make this data available as soon as possible.

Since the third-party service provider outage has not been fully resolved, further impact is possible.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will share updates on any additional disruptions. We will continue to provide updates.
