ThousandEyes experienced a service degradation affecting the Endpoint Experience tab in their web application for US1 region customers from approximately 22:20 UTC to 23:58 UTC on March 9-10, 2026. Customers encountered 500 error pages when trying to access pages under the Endpoint Experience section. The issue was resolved after 54 minutes when the team implemented a fix and confirmed normal functionality was restored.
We have confirmed that access to the Endpoint Experience tab is working as usual.
