If there are any residual issues with logging into the Back Office, a browser cache reset is the best course of action.

The TimeTap development team has pushed a resolution for this issue. Since we are deploying an updated version of TimeTap's software, it is possible the browser you are using is caching a previous version of TimeTap. If there are any residual issues with logging into the Back Office, a browser cache reset is the best course of action.
