We are monitoring the solution implemented to make sure all agents in South America region can use the service.
The issue has been identified and is isolated to a Zone of our cloud provider in South America region. A fix has been deployed to allow agents in that region to continue using the service.
We are currently investigation an issue affecting calls and registration of agents in the South America region servers.
