This incident has been resolved.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
The issue has been identified and is related to AWS EC2 service error in N. Virginia Region. We are implementing a fix and all the services should be back to normal in a few minutes.
We are experiencing issues with notification of messages and events in Toky platform. We're currently investigating the issue and will provide a status update once we have more information.
